WiFi calling

Both mine and my partners home WiFi calling stopped today. We’ve been using it for the last 2 years. We have different phone providers to each other. We’ve reset our phones and the router. We have no signal so not able to contact plusnet via text or phone and were not on X and don’t plan to be. Any suggestions what might be going on and how to fix it?

I’m with ID and I think my partners with EE.

ID use Three and Three have a major problem all over the UK started at 1300 today

Three don't know when the fault will be repaired this may be the problem

That's why you should be on different networks there are only four

EE should be OK
