Good morning,

I've got a Deco routers connected to my plusnet router. I'm trying to prioritise certain devices over others.

In order to do that, I need to set the total download and upload bandwidth.

"This information will be provided by your ISP"

Can I access this information myself or do I need to call Plusnet?

Thanks

@volantpascal what broadband service do you have?

Is it full fibre via a white Openreach ONT, or via your telephone line?

For full fibre looking at the letter you got from PN, or looking on your member centre should tell you the speeds, and then you could connect your own router direct to the ONT, and leave the PN router as spare/

If via your phone line, logging into the router will let you know your actual speeds, rather than the "Up to" speeds often quoted.
