@rachelkandt47 First can we check that you really have Full Fibre.

If you have Full fibre then you will have an ONT like one of these https://www.openreach.com/content/dam/openreach/openreach-dam-files/images/fibre-broadband/fibre-for-developers/guides-and-handbooks/oct-2020-update/1+0%20ONT%20factsheet.pdf

If that's correct, then what state are the LED's on the ONT when you get the drop outs ?

My internet has been cutting out several times a day for the last couple of weeks. Up until now it has been totally fine. I WFH and it drops out sometimes 3 times during a Teams call, which is impacting my work. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to troubleshoot this?

No problem, its unusual for Full fibre to drop out, hence the question.

I'd suggest reporting a fault as here https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

In a victory for the marketing people FTTC is known as Fibre and FTTP as Full Fibre. Responders on the Forum have got in the habit of checking as so many people get confused by this.

As regards to your problem you need to figure out if it's your WiFi that's dropping out or your router. If it's the former then PN can't really help.
