I cannot add my photos onto my Plusnet computer

For many years I put my photos from my camera onto the computer. But today it does not work, why is that?

Unfortunately @jedi this isn't a Plusnet issue but an issue with the camera or the pc. I will let someone more advanced help with this

@jedi how are/were you transferring the photos? Was the camera connected to the computer with a USB cable. or were you using a card reader. Have you changed computers?
