Samsung Galaxy A15 5G 2.4Ghz Wifi problems

I've just bought myself a new Samsung A15 5G mobile and have found that if the phone is connected to 2.4Ghz the connection is unstable with download speeds dropping to anything from Kbs to my expected speed of about 24Mbs but will often sit at around 5 to 10Mbs. If the phone is connected to the 5Ghz channels the connection is stable and consistently runs at about 24Mbs. I've tried 3 different routers, PN have checked out the line and router with no problems and no other devices in the house have problems. I've carried out factory resets and run the phone in Safe Mode which inhibits any 3 party apps, Samsung Tech Support are refusing to believe there is anything wrong with the phone.

My question is has anybody had similar problems or does anyone have any suggestions of a fix.
