&lt;P&gt;Could you try connecting the laptop via an Ethernet cable and see if you see the same errors/messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that works check for any (I'm assuming) Windows updates and also see if you chosen antivirus is up to date, then after these checks simply unplug the Ethernet - no need to turn the laptop off during the removal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also within the properties of the wifi adapter - google if you're not sure - make sure it's set to auto.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet connection</title>

      <description>Each time I turn on my laptop it is not connected to the internet. The only way I can get connected is to go into the Network &amp;amp; Internet settings and go to Network reset which works until the next time I turn the laptop on. When I've done a network error check the message comes up saying the problem could be too do with the Firewall or being blocked by the security system. As my knowledge is very limited on how to rectify the problem is it possible that someone can help.&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Ray Nicholson</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you check the network settings?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; To make sure the network is set to connect automatically....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is in windows10 -- assume it's the same/very similar in win11&lt;/P&gt;
