WiFi goes down when landline rings

Hi,

When my landline rings, my broadband connection drops out? Any idea why? I have a master socket that has the dsl and phone connection socket separate.

it’s never happened before, and started since an issue with my line.

If you have an issue with the copper line/voice circuit, this is a perfectly normal problem.

Have you reported the line fault?

Yes I have, Is it worth me adding this as a note to the ticket?

Not really - if the line problem is resolved, the disconnections should cease.
