Download of large zip file 3GB+ keeps crashing

Can anyone help me? i have been trying to download 3 folders in a zip file of high res photographs but they get part way and crash. I have tried wireless and ethernet but with the same result.

When you say "download" do you mean from the internet to your PC, or from your PC to the internet ?

Also which router are you using ?

Internet to PC. They have been uploaded to wetransfer by a company and I'm trying to download on to my Mac

If they are in 3 folders within the zip file, could you contact the company who uploaded the zip file to make 3 separate zip files ?

It might be worth looking for a free 'Download Manager' which has the ability to resume crashed downloads from where they left off so you don't have to keep downloading what you've already managed to get.
