Help setting up unifi dream router with hub 2 - no Internet

Hi all,
I just received my new Unifi Dream Router (UDR) which I intend to use as a router alongside my FTTC plusnet internet.
I have the Hub 2 which I switched to 'bridge mode' and got a solid pink light to confirm.
Plugged in a network cable to port 1 on the Hub 2 and the WAN port on the UDR. But the UDR is reporting "No internet detected, contact ISP"
I've tried setting up the UDR WAN as a PPPOE system using my account login details for credentials but this has not helped.
I tried setting VLAN ID to 101 and 0 but still no internet detected.
I'm a bit stuck and not sure what to try next. Hoping someone can look at what I've done so far and advise if I've missed something?

In the past My impatience has got the better of me and I have mistyped the credentials, especially the username followed by @plusdsl.net. Gets me every time

You do not need to set a VLAN value that is provided by the modem

I will triple check but fairly sure this is correct. Anyway to tell if this is specifically the problem? Some error in a log somewhere maybe?

I also tried disabling the "VLAN ID" setting but still no success...
