Hello new here,

Trying to install a to link Deco m5 mesh. We have a PN HubOne. Tried going through the app but getting nowhere. Get stuck at the creating a WiFi network stage and can't progress.

I've tried turning off WiFi network on the HubOne but that doesn't seem to change anything... Can set the Deco to AP mode as I can't get through the set up... Followed the instructions and going round in circles.

Any help appreciated, driving me mad.
