Internet suddenly out

Our internet has suddenly gone down. The wifi light is lit, the broadband light is flickering and the internet light is out.

Nothing has changed, as far as I know. It's been working for some years and just suddenly ceased. I tried unplugging the modem a few times. I checked the phone wire and it seems okay (the phone in the same socket is working).

What do I try next?

Just had the same for about three hours found the internet down this morning with no 2.4 GHz light and 5 GHz light frozen, restarted router several times appeared to connect but still no internet, left router off while having lunch now started again and appears ok.
