topic Wifi boosters/extenders in Tech Help - Software/Hardware etc

I've recently joined Plusnet and have good broadband speeds generally. However, I've got a couple of weak wifi spots in the house and would like to improve the speed there. Can anyone recommend a wifi extender/booster that will work with the Plusnet hub? I've been googling for advice and got rather confused by the number of different types.

Thanks in anticipation!

I would recommend a Netgear booster/extender in the £20 to £30 price range depending on whether you want single or dual band and how many devices.

You will find that one of these will give a generally better signal everywhere and considerably better that a basic ISP router.

Alternatively you can use wifi Homeplugs in the mains sockets for perhaps more, and more expensive coverage. My preferred brand for this is TP-Link but of course there are many other choices for all purposes.
