    <description>&lt;P&gt;A member of my household is preparing to take an exam with Pearson Vue (&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://home.pearsonvue.com/theiam/onvue" target="_blank"&gt;https://home.pearsonvue.com/theiam/onvue&lt;/A&gt; ) online. They provide a system test to check that everything is ok. This fails with the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV class="modal-element"&gt;
&lt;DIV class="modal-label"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Video streaming connection results and requirements:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV class="modal-sub-label"&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Your home/office network failed to connect to the required video streaming service.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;The streaming connection requires that Wowza.com can be reached as well as a stable connection of at least 1mb upload and download speeds.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Contact your network administrators and ensure the following:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;UL class="sublistitem"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Any network filtering software is disabled&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;WebRTC WebSocket connections must be allowed to *.*.cloud.wowza.com on TCP port 80.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;I can telnet to port 80 of cloud.wowza.com. The upload and download sppeds are fine in general. Not sure what else I can check.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I don't have an answer, but you do have my sympathy.&lt;BR /&gt;Went through this twice with Pearson, one which left my daughter absolutely distraught due to their flaky systems.</description>
