Huawei P30 won't connect to wifi - Hub One

Hi all,

I have a Huawei P30 which will not join our wifi. I was getting the error "Denied Access to Network"

I've searched the internet and found people had advised to split the networks. I have done this now and tried connecting to both the 2.5GHz & 5GHz SSIDs seperately and the connection just times out now when trying to join - I have tried setting a static IP on the phone for my wifi using the default gateway & DNS info from the router but this timed out too

I have checked my event logs when attempting to join the wifi and I can see there are blocks at the time of me trying to connect. Not sure if this is just coincidental or not.

Side notes:

- My partner also has a P30 and his connects just fine.

- We have also requested the BETA firmware update as we have been experiencing issues in general (on our laptops / desktops etc) which seem to relate to this post- I don't think this point is relevant to this particular issue as i've tried my phone on the 2.5GHz and it still doesn't work anyway
