How to get WINE listed in the "open with.... context"

Just done a "new install" of Linux Mint 20 ULYANA with CINNAMON desktop 64bit

Also installed WINE5.0

This shows up in the Main menu listing .... but when I try to run a .exe program downloaded... by right clicking and using the drop down menu, I do not get the "usual" open with wine application . When I click on "open with other application.... " WINE is not on the list ... so I cannot choose that...

How do I get WINE to appear in thee "other applications" listing. ?

For a trial-run:-

Right-Click -> 'Open-With' -> 'Other application'

If this runs as expected,

1. Choose a Microsoft program.

2. Right-click -> properties, Left-click "open with" tab

3. Enter the name of the program, full path preferred(?) that you want to associate with this mime type.

[A .exe file is probably "Program (application/x-ms-dos-executable)"]

You only have to do this once if you choose "set as default" in step 3.

I don't know what WINE wants you to run, because I don't use WINE. 😀

@VileReynard Obviously, did not read, or understand properly, what the problem was...

However.... I think it was caused by CINNAMON... as when I installed Mint 20 with MATE and WINE5 it worked perfectly... ...
