      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to use my desk top to access the internet I get the following message..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sorry but you are not allowed to access the internet at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The BT access control in your smart hum has been set to prevent this computer or device from accessing the internet&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The access control will need to be updated if you need to connect to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BT access control settings can be changed using the smart hub manager which is password protected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Never had this message before....Tablet can connect ok....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What password is it talking about, I do not recall setting any password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hub 6.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone advise me of how I sort this out.....I cannot understand how my iPad connects and works fine with no messages but the desktop does not ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a genuine message or some malware scam ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
