Byethost FTP?

Hello,
Anyone using any free domains with Byethost?
I cannot connect to FTP on the two free sites I have with them, they have told me they have tested and connected with my details ok. I have tried switching off firewalls and using different clients, but it always times out! It does connect fine to my paid for service form then (different ftp host) and also connect fine to another hosting company I run for a friend.
Any idea of how I can trace the fault would be great as I am at a complete loss as to why it is not working anymore.

I cannot reach this FTP address but used to?

Not reachable by me either, however your error actually indicates a local routing configuration error as opposed to mine which shows it does no get a reply from the destination IP address. What does a tracert to the same IP show

Found the problem!
Never hid windows unused icons till last week fer first time, Peergaurdian was there blocking it. what an idiot, sorry mate
