Plusnet & Bank Holidays

I Know a freephone helpline is available for anyone wishing to contact Plusnet but what are the arrangements over the Christmas & New Year Period ? Will you guys all be on holiday or has some unfortunate person (or kind volunteer) be available to deal with any phone queries.
On a more serious note if there are periods it's not possible to contact PN perhaps the Days & Times could be made available.

As far as I am aware the support lines are manned 24/7 365 days of the year.

I can confirm that there will be members of Staff available 24 hours as normal throughout the Christmas and New Year period, this includes all Bank Holidays for future reference too.
