Please find the information regarding this below:&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; "Parts of the UK were hit by storm Katie over the Easter period, bringing severe weather conditions with high winds and heavy rainfall. As a result of this, our infrastructure in a number of our SOM patches has been impacted both above and below ground, with high fault intake in the affected areas. &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; We are now able to lift MBORC for repair activities from the final areas."&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Kind Regards&lt;BR /&gt; Customer Support&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>[Service Status] MBORC Declaration - New</title>

&lt;P&gt;We have received notice from our suppliers of a declaration of MBORC which is preventing them being able to provide actions within normal timescales. Please see the notification below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV class="announceContent"&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;EM&gt;"Parts of the UK have been hit by storm Katie over the Easter period, bringing severe weather conditions with high winds and heavy rainfall. &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; As a result of this, our infrastructure in a number of our SOM patches has been impacted both above and below ground, with high fault intake in the affected areas.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; Openreach is therefore declaring MBORC for repair activities in the following areas, with effect from 12:00 31 March 2016: &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; Thames South &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; West Downs&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; Isle of Wight&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; Central Downs &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; Taunton&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; Crayford &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; We are continuing to take steps, including directing additional resource into these areas, to bring the position back to normal as quickly as possible. &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; We are monitoring the situation and will remove MBORC as soon as service can be restored to the levels they were at immediately before the severe weather."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Kind Regards&lt;BR /&gt; Customer Support&lt;/P&gt;

Openreach declared MBORC for repair activities in six areas, with effect from 12:00 31 March 2016.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt; We have been working hard to recover in these areas and removed MBORC from 2 areas on 04 April 2016.
