    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're aware of an issue where if you have an open ticket (also known as a "Question"), you may not see a banner in the homepage of your broadband &lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login/" target="_self"&gt;account online&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to view it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We're working hard to resolve this and bring back the open ticket banner as soon as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, if we've sent you an e-mail with a Question reference, you'll be able to view it online by clicking on the "Review this Question" button at the bottom.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We’ve since resolved this issue so you should see a notification in your broadband account, if you have an open ticket / question.&lt;/P&gt;
