We're aware of an issue where some of our customers are intermittently experiencing difficulties when sending mail via their Plusnet e-mail address.

This is being investigated and we'll provide updates when we have more information.

Our incident management team have informed us that this should now be resolved.

Please let us know if you continue to experience difficulties sending emails.

A small number of people are continuing to see issues when attempting to send emails.

We will update again once we have more information.

Following repairs completed yesterday at 11am we're no longer seeing this issue.
