&lt;P&gt;Any customers affected by this should be able to rectify the problem with a single disconnect/reconnect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We're really sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible, and we'll provide an update later today.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This is an update to the earlier post regarding some customers experiencing data transfer issues when trying to access online services or websites.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We've taken steps to stop this issue impacting more customers and will continue to investigate the root cause.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're experiencing problems trying to access websites or services, please try a single disconnect/reconnect of your router and this should resolve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'll keep this service status open overnight to monitor the situation and will provide an update if required.&lt;/P&gt;
