Internet connection is capped & no access anymore - Please answer my ticket
I know I'm a very naughty boy for going over my data but if you take into consideration the 100's of GB that I have not used in my quota over the past 5 years I'll think you'll find its a little unfair.
I'm doing cold turkey here - All I can do is speak to plusnet who are ignoring me..

Thanks, I've been watching movies on xbox live sky player since it was introduced - I guess thats my mistake.. I checked the usage stats (now I know they exist) & streaming is off the scale...
I'm quite prepared topy for the extra GB I've used & carry on as normal, minus the sky player! lol
