Impressed - sort of!

Hello. I have just this minute joined Plusnet broadband.
My initial impression is very favourable particularly with the detailed and rapid response to my few questions/tickets over the past days.
The download speed is as good as my previous provider and hopefully may get a little better as things settle down. We denizens
of very rural areas don't expect too much.
The fly in my particular ointment is the first invoice, just received, which is attempting to charge me twice for router post and packing.
This has naturally caused me to raise on further question/ticket and will, I hope, be soon resolved.
