How about collecting payment for phone calls on a monthly basis using direcr debit

What phone calls? the home phone chargeable calls are on Direct debit already, as is the PN line rental. The Credit limit is for how much you will allow until the DD is taken

All staff here are identified as such, with a Staff title under our names.
I'm sorry you've been affected by the call charge billing problem, hopefully Chris' response in your other thread has cleared things up.

Thanks for your interest, not only in this but in all the work you do for the customers. Unfortunately Chris's response is wrong. The dec charge only covers BB and line rental there is still no outlook for when you will demand the largish amount outstanding for call charges nor has any notice been taken of my plea to find some mutually agreeable schedule of the payments PN has failed to take.

I'm not sure my response is wrong, see my post on your other thread:
