Complaint being ignored

Is there any sort of way to get a answer from this lot? A week now since any sort of response and even then it was a copy and paste job while completely ignoring the issues I raised (and added further evidence to it which again has been ignored)

It looks like you closed the complaint via the portal on the 5th (admittedly after entering further updates). You raised a new ticket yesterday which has been added to the original and returned to the case handler. I'd expect an update imminently.

if truth been told the concernes I raised last week (infact it was plusnet that closed it off not me) it should have been responded to last week when I raised the further concerns way it's dragging on and on i't surrea; and puts plusnet on a poor light tbhs the responses are basically copy and paste jobs

It was closed by you the other day, via the portal. However, to move things forward, I tried to contact your case handler who is out of office. I've therefore asked a manager to have it re-assigned so it's picked up ASAP. Even without my intervention though, I can assure you it would have been picked up and handled.

We are getting somewhere with the issue but I got a feeling way ticket been dealt with the attitude justb seems a bit we don't care I mean they've made a offer to fix it but attitude seems to stink in a way. Not the best "Customer service" if you can call it that which is a bit of a shame
