      <description>I am 18 months into my contract but my account is still showing my last order as processing. Can you resolve this so I can see my options for upgrade etc</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's not urgent then wait and see if a staff member picks this up. Otherwise you'll need to phone PN Support.&lt;/P&gt;
