    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am deaf and cannot use the telephone. Plusnet currently provide no accessible way for me to contact support other than a phone number, which is completely unusable for me. I urgently need a written communication option such as ‘Chat Now’ or email so I can manage my account and resolve issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Now you have posted on here with your problem, I&amp;nbsp; can tag one of the Help Team and ask them to contact you by Private Message, and hopefully help you that way.&lt;/P&gt;
