Upgrading to full fibre tomorrow

Clicked a link on the email to look at the Welcome to Full Fibre Guide and it says

Your publisher payment $43,336 is due

Please pay the dues ti avoid system shutdown

I think its broken, or someone owes some money....luckily i know what I'm doing

Yes, its still not working. It keeps saying "You are not connected to the internet" when I most definitely am.

How do I get hold of this booklet?

Well it was 2 emails that PlusNet sent to me just yesterday as I have just signed up to Full Fibre.

It says:-

For more information on your order, and what happens next, check out the following Welcome To Full Fibre Guide.

Whatever is hidden in that wording ...

But it does not work. Not a good start especially on a brand new email from an ISP.

Still not working... come on folks, this is not a good look for an ISP that you can't maintain URLs for such a prolonged period of time!

If you have a question about set up, it would be more productive to ask the question on the FTTP board, rather than fret that the link to the (old) on-line guide is non-functional.
