have been with PN for over 10 years , my contract is due to end the offer they sent me was not great .

so i phoned the 0800 number in the hope that after a decade of my business it may count for something !

how wrong i was its not a case of saving a few quid a month its the principal the lady i spoke to wasn't interested

so i made my mind up to leave & go to a company that actually wants my business in the future .

signed up to a new provider & within 2 minutes PN ping me with a deal better than the previous 2 what a surprise

but to late .

its left a very bitter taste in my mouth _LOYALTY COUNTS FOR NOWT ( in a Yorkshire accent )

so here is a lesson for all
