Email sounds like it's written by an illiterate 12 year old

In the monthly 'Your bill is ready...' email, there is a boiler plate line that reads:

"If you've forgot your email. Don't worry, we'll get you sorted."

This is awful grammar and makes it sound like it was written by the work experience person and it's not been proof read before sending to all your customers.

First of all it should be "forgotten" not "forgot"; Secondly "If you've forgotten your password." is not a full sentence. It needs a comma, not a full stop.

I am sorry to learn of your frustrations whiich have stemmed from the way in which key data is phrased. Please be assured, I take your comments on board and will feedback the errors to ensure we remedy the aforementioned and provide a better level of service going forwards.
