I know some people have had problems receiving their Reward Card, but in the interest of balance, here is my experience.

I will activate the card in the next few hours via the Purecard website.

Hi @ljzmerc123,

Have you had your email about activating the reward card already?

If you have already gone through the activation process it does, in some cases, take up to 30 days for the reward card to arrive.

You can always contact Blackhawk them selves on this number: 0344 800 6435

They are the ones who action the delivery of the cards themselves.
