Despite discussing billing issues with PlusNet customer support and their billing department on the 20 February 2020 and [CSA Removed] and [CSA Removed] both agreeing l was overcharged this month l still can't get clarification on a refund due or if next month's bill will be correct.

l have also tried following following up online (20 February 2020) with no response.

l had the same problem last year with incorrect billing.

Do l need to resort to cancelling my direct debit before this is resolved?

Only cancel your direct debit if you want problems getting a debt collection agency off your back adding to the mix!

@Baldrick1, is he level of traffic so low these days that you have to go back almost 5 years to find a message to move?

If you look at the links you should see that what I actually split off was a post from last Saturday and it’s reply that had been tagged on to a 5 year old post.
