Phone Line Repair

I recently had to contact Plusnet regarding a problem with our Landline. I'd like to thank [CSA Removed] for his very professional and friendly service. He kept us up to date and phoned when he said he would.
The problem was an exchange fault and this has now been sorted. Thank you for your great service in getting this dealt with.
