      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do I do if a Support have completely ignored a Question that is open with them and no longer respond to me?&amp;nbsp; This isn't a duplicate posting because I'm not repeating the content of the support question here, what I want to know here is a general "What to do next when support have dropped an open question without telling you".&amp;nbsp; How does one escalate it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
