      <title>No support - what to do?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;12 days ago all my PN emails (for both &amp;lt;username&amp;gt; and &amp;lt;username+catchall&amp;gt; mailboxes disappeared. I started a discussion on the Help-&amp;gt;Email forum where it was suggested that it may have been archived.&amp;nbsp; I thought that was unlikely but asked on the thread for unarchiving email, where I was answered by &lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17607" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-di-id="di-id-7aa6faa1-40bec688"&gt;@MatthewWheeler&lt;/A&gt; from support - there was no sign of my emails being archived but a question was opened on my account to track the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Initially I was able to access the question from my account page, and add information/respond to what was going on.&amp;nbsp; As of several days ago I can only access the question via the original link I was emailed, and there is no option to respond.&amp;nbsp; I have had no further information on the issue and my emails have not been restored.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4 days ago there were these 2 responses:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV class="ticketmsg__reply ticketmsg__reply--cust"&gt;What does one do when a question allocated to your issue has just fizzled out without any information, and nobody responds any more?&amp;nbsp; My will to renew my contract later this year is waning fast, to put it mildly.&lt;/DIV&gt;
