Phone - downloading / exporting calls no longer possible

I was dismayed when logged into online account in August 2022 to find that it is no longer possible to download monthly phone calls.

There is nothing on FAQ or help about what has happened..

Just another company deciding to change what is available in an online account!!

@SustainabilityB Do you not download your monthly invoice? Unless they have changed that as well, calls are listed on there.

Can't check, as I am no longer a Plusnet customer.

Yes I open monthly bills and have to print to pdf to save to PC.

Downloading calls allows me to analayse and monitor usage.

PDF list of calls is difficult to analyse.

Again, I can't check as I no longer get a bill from PN, but I used to be able to download a PDF copy straight to the laptop - no printing to PDF required.

You make a lot of calls, then?

If I log in to my account and select View Bills and I get led to a page with a tab labelled view bills and payments. On this page I scroll down to the Phone section where there are two fields, one is labelled view billed calls and the other unbilled ones. Each page has an export field. Selecting this downloads the bill. The file name is confusingly called ExportData.csv.

Is that what you seek?

I did not realise that that I had to scroll to very the bottom of screen and select Manage Phone Bill to be able to export pdf bills or export a list of calls made.

The options were previously much higher up the screen

I know this is an old topic but after receiving my bill I had to look for the phone call list as I usually download calls to Excel and found it after reading the above, however there doesn't seem to be an option to download to excel as before, or am I missing something?
