You don't get enough praise on here, so here's some...

Hi there!

I wanted to move from good old copper broadband (PlusNet rated it as 14mbits/sec, but I was getting average 17mbits/sec)

So I upgraded to the fibre extra package at just 4 quid more. Absolute bargain!

Currently getting around 70mbits/sec and very very happy with that speed.

I was rather worried in the few days when I had no service (due to OpenReach making a boo boo) but all is good now.

Now I keep getting bothersome calls from Virgin Media because I was pretty much on the precipice of moving to their full fibre. Hahaha! They hate losing a potential customer.

Cheers to another 18 months of excellent service and hopefully another 18 after that.
