need to cancel engineer visit
phone numbers not working
can not find how to send email
do not have twitter
so what are you expected to do

0800 432 0200 is working - just checked. Email is not an option.

Out of curiosity when is the engineer due?

I'm sorry to see you've found it hard to contact us.

I can confirm we do have Twitter, you can tweet or DM us at @Plusnet, alternatively you can message us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/plusnet). In addition as @jab1 has suggested, you can call us on 0800 432 0200.

It looks like you've rung in and we've cancelled the engineer visit for you.

Let us know if there's anything else you'd need help with.

I may had misread that as in I thought that they thought we didn't have Twitter ‌
