Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who can actually take ownership of the massive "mess up" plusnet have made and save me having to speak to different people everytime I ring up?

@Failure This is on the wrong board, but until we know what the 'mess up' is, it is difficult to know where it should go. A liitle more detail would help.

It would help if, without giving ant personal details, you outlined your problem here. Advice may then be forthcoming from fellow customers and/or you might attract the attention of a Plusnet staffer. These can be thin on the ground at week ends.
