after a small survey this am in my road im getting almost 3 times the spped of my neighbours, all who are on diff isps.So has Pn put viagra in my line and has bt put prozac in my neighbours?

Enjoy it while it lasts - you've obviously got a better line with no nasty extension wiring with the bell wire connected or got an i-plate or OpenReach NTE5a Linebox.
