Hello All
First of i have to say how impressed i am with any of the dealings i have had with PLUSNET. From the ordering right through to activation, it couldnt have been easier and i was kept up to date every step of the way. When i asked for a static IP it was done within a few hours, very impressive.
I see posts of people complaining about customer service, to these i say you should try O2 for a year on the access package then you will know what bad service is, i was a fool ever to leave plusnet to go to O2, im glad ive made the move back

When one has had to deal Tiscalli and all the stories we heard about NTL / Virgin etc etc it does put things into perspective.
