    <description>&lt;P&gt;Help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed&amp;nbsp; up for a new Broadband contract on 12th March which included a £65 Mastercard. I waited until 13th May for an email notification.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since then I have contacted Customer service 3 times and they have raised 5 tickets in total The last one being 214701515 on 27th&amp;nbsp; May.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not had any acknowledgement or reply to any of the questions and&amp;nbsp; still no email about the £65 card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; suspect that they are&amp;nbsp; just hoping I will forget about it, but I think that they are in Breach of our Contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Naropa&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear you're having such trouble getting an answer from us regarding this reward card. I have raised a request to our Rewards Team via a different means to what has been tried by previous advisors and I have emailed you details of this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I will monitor the account and I hope to have an answer for you within the next 5 working days. I'll update you via the account with any news I get regarding this. My apologies for any inconvenience this is causing you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
