      <description>&lt;P&gt;April 2019 Automatic compensation went live.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plusnet two years later still refusing to abide by Ofcom recommendation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outreach have to pay every provider who has signed up for Automatic Compensation For downtime longer than two days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plusnet will not be paid compensation by Outreach therefore last in the queue for repair appointments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a disgrace.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure that’s how repair timescales work? It’d be based on the care level that the ISP buys from Openreach; either care level 1, 2, 3 or 4 with 1 being the lowest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
