      <title>Plusnet Customer Services</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is anyone's experience of trying to get through to customer services? I have tried 4 times at different times of day but kept on hold for more than 22 mins each time - lose the will to live and just hang up.       <description>I had to ring them 5 times over the last couple of weeks and I had to wait &lt;BR /&gt;43 mins, 51 mins, 46 mins, 31 mins &amp;amp; 34 mins. and guess what. They still didn’t resolve my problem.</description>

      <description>Thanks. It was all to do with the start date of my bb service. They started it a couple of weeks too early. But it’s working fine, and I’m happy with the service.</description>
