    <description>&lt;P&gt;Becoming an increasingly hacked off!&amp;nbsp; Is anyone monitoring your Help Assistant support email system (Question #207419521)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem reported on 21st Oct.&amp;nbsp; On 31st Oct, you asked me to supply dates for an engineer visit. You have twice reported that you had tried to get hold of me &amp;amp; left messages (26 Oct / 31 Oct) - On both days i was around all day to answer the phone + No message was ever left.&lt;BR /&gt;On the 6th Nov, i reported that no one had turned up.&lt;BR /&gt;Now on 12th Nov &amp;amp; i am still having intermittant broadband issues (&amp;amp; still no one responding to the web page questions).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not prepared to keep phoning you to chase (30 min wait times each time i ring is not acceptable especially when you encourage customers to use the web system).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not the award winning support level that you claim to offer!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
