I have just had maddy from plusnet customer service who has gone through my problem with plusnet,what a great help all is now resolved,may I say maddy was polite ,very very helpful and went through everything to get the matter resolved which has now been corrected.so a very big thank you maddy for your very great help you have done the trick 10out of 10.

A long time a go a good friend was told by his father, always try to help people - and if you get thanked it's a bonus! More than ever in these times I think it is important to give thanks when due either via media or in person. When you do it the response is often that they can't remember when their help was last appreciated!
