Had phone call this a.m. 9th Oct.saying broadband account had not been paid so internet will be cut off.

Sounds like a scam to me.

You can check your member centre for your invoices, and see if they have been paid.

Highly likely it is a scam and they were after your personal details, such as name, address, card number and CVC. Then they'd go on a spending spree with your details. Not much PlusNet can do, as people will try it on.

Yep it will be a scam call, we get them on a regular basis. We just put the phone down. Do not give them any information at all.
