    <description>&lt;P&gt;PlusNet have NOT signed up to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;voluntary scheme&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;BT, Sky, TalkTalk and Virgin Media are among those who have signed up, and Ofcom is urging other providers to join to ensure "customers get fair compensation when things go wrong".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You have to ask why ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Given the volume of customers&amp;nbsp; complaining about PN Customer Service&amp;nbsp; - more accurately - Lack of Service - / issues with Installs / REward card issues / and of course b/band speeds or lack of.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Not sure who voted PN the best service&amp;nbsp; ( admittedly for 2nd half of 2019 )&amp;nbsp; - lets try and repeat that survey basis last 6 months&amp;nbsp; - fully expect that results would be completely different.&lt;/P&gt;
