Plus net is the worst internet provider and like you, we are stuck with them for a year as well. Never going back once contract is done

@aliciaxox Even before this was split from the old topic, it was not very informative. If you have problems, it is a good idea to at least explain what they are, that way, other community members may be able to assist.
